**We are continuously monitoring the ever-changing COVID-19 situation daily. With Covid-19 numbers again on the rise, our number one priority is the health and safety of our valued customers and team members. Thank you for being flexible during this unprecedented time.**

At MediClean, the health and safety of our team members and clients is our top priority. We know Coronavirus/COVID-19 is a concerning topic for people everywhere. As your partner in helping to create a clean, healthy and efficient environment for your home, office and/or commercial building, we want to ensure that you still have access to our quality services during this difficult time. Be assured that we have procedures in place addressing a variety of health and safety issues, and while we have always ensured the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation, we have recently updated our health and safety guidelines in direct response to the emergence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). These are based on guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Please continue to schedule your appointments. However, if you are scheduled or need to schedule services with our office and are presenting symptoms of COVID-19, or are confirmed positive, please contact us so that we can reschedule your services. Otherwise, we are continuing regularly scheduled business appointments. We are offering a flexible rescheduling policy during this time for any of our clients who are ill with COVID-19, have family members who are ill, or those presenting symptoms of the illness. We also are offering rescheduling options for our clients with compromised immune systems.

However, if you are not presenting symptoms and are healthy, we would ask that you do not reschedule your appointments, as we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our valued clients and team members. We hope by working together, we can all do our part to help others to stay safe by using these best practices.

COVID-19 Safety Practices Implemented by MediClean:

- Our teams are are following all CDC guidelines for masking, social distancing and quarantine protocols should there be exposure.

- Each of our staff members have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. A few are still awaiting their second shot. The Covid-19 vaccine is now a requirement as a condition of employment with MediClean, and unvaccinated new hires must receive their first vaccine within the first 30 days of employment.

- Our teams will be wearing masks while in your home or office, in order to minimize the risk of spreading any disease. Upon special request, we are happy to outfit our team in Tyvek Suits.

- Frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after being in a public place, after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

- Hand Sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol has been placed in each of our company vans, and our teams have been instructed to clean their hands frequently.

- Our teams must use hand sanitizer at minimum after completing each job, and before beginning a new one, as well as after being in a public place, after blowing their nose, coughing, or sneezing.

- We are sanitizing all equipment, especially things such as our iPads used for signing work orders.

- If any of our team is experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose or sneezing, we have requested that the team member stay home.

We are here to answer any questions regarding our safety protocol. We will be implementing these special measures along with our usual standards of cleanliness and sanitation in order to create the healthiest environment that we can for our clients.
