Residential Air Duct Cleaning
Complete supply and return duct cleaning for homes of every size. We use the NADCA-endorsed source-removal method, with a 9,000 CFM truck-mounted vacuum and air whips that pull dust, debris and allergens out of your home. Upfront pricing starts at $585 per system with 12 vents included.
Commercial HVAC Cleaning
Air duct and HVAC system cleaning for offices, retail, schools, medical facilities and government buildings. We work behind infection-control barriers when needed and schedule around your hours. Past projects include Grady Hospital, Emory Healthcare, Atlanta Public Schools and Fort Benning.
Aeroseal Duct Sealing
As a certified Aeroseal dealer, we seal duct leaks from the inside. Aeroseal can reduce duct leakage by up to 90% and energy use by up to 30%, and helps even out hard-to-heat and hard-to-cool rooms. Every job includes pre- and post-seal leakage testing.
HVAC System & Blower Cleaning
We clean the entire air handling system, not just the vents you can see: supply and return lines, blower motor housing, plenums, filter compartment and condensate drain pan. Our technicians also inspect your coils and clean them as needed.
Duct Sanitizing Treatment
On request, we fog an EPA-registered sanitizer through your ductwork after cleaning to kill mold, mildew and bacteria. The treatment is included in the price of your air duct cleaning.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Lint buildup makes your dryer work harder and can become a fire hazard. Our technicians clean the full dryer vent line, from the laundry room to the outside exhaust, and tidy up when the job is done.
Indoor Air Quality Assessment
Not sure what is in your air? We assess your HVAC system and indoor environment and explain what we find before recommending any work. If your ducts do not need cleaning, we will tell you.
Foster Antimicrobial Coating
For eligible commercial duct surfaces, we apply Foster EPA-registered antimicrobial coating after a full source-removal cleaning, adding protection in high-use environments such as foodservice and healthcare facilities.
